Article 1 - deliveries
Orders are shipped when all references are available, but we remain of course listening to you if you want to receive your order partially: additional shipping costs in this case at the expense of the customer.
In the event of significant delay, Estrella Selection Sàrl can take care of the surcharge and make parcellary expeditions; Estrella Selection Sàrl remains the sole owner of this decision.
Article 2 - returns
No returns will be accepted if it has not been approved by Estrella Selection Sàrl: if we refuse a return, the goods will be re-shipped at the expense of the customer.
For a return request, thank you for a request through the form "Contact Us", specifying the order number, the reference (s) and the reason, as well as your availability of time to possibly communicate to you a return number.
By default, an e-mail will be sent to the address of the account used for the order.
